  • "Detection by immunofluorescence microscopy showed that 14-3-3 protein is cytosolic since it could be detected in permeabilized parasites, along with the cytosolic GRA1 protein. 14-3-3 protein is also membrane-associated, as evidenced by its colocalization with SAG1 protein in non-permeabilized parasites."
