  • "In untreated cells, the plasma membrane protein SAG1 is evenly distributed over the parasite circumference, whereas an anterior gap in TgGAP50-YFP distribution (arrows) is consistent with localization to the inner membrane complex. In toxin-treated parasites, the plasma membrane is markedly distended, whereas the distribution of TgGAP50-YFP is not affected, confirming its association with the inner membrane complex"
