  • "Double-labelling experiments appeared to show that H103 co-localised with known micronemal proteins, EBA175 and AMA1 (Fig. 3Ai and Aii), however further work is required to confirm this observation. Similar experiments with more mature schizonts showed that the location of H103 had changed (Fig. 3Bi and Biii). In fully segmented schizont parasites H103 co-localised with MSP4 on the merozoite surface and was distinct from both EBA175 and RAP1 in the micronemes and rhoptries, respectively"
